Flag Football Season

Flag football has come and gone and I have not blogged about it.  I haven't blogged about much anyways.

All three kids were on three different teams this year. That meant we were at the field by about 9:30 a.m. and there till about 4 pm every Saturday in the HEAT!  I did enjoy it though being outside, enjoying the weather, talking and hanging out with friends, and of course watching the games.

Kevin coached Kierra's team-the Seahawks (9-12 year old) and Terrell's team the Huskies (5-7 year old).  Kevin played in the 12 and up division.  His team was called the Hurricanes.  This was Terrell's first time playing a sport.  He had a lot of fun especially since his best friend Shyon was on the team as well. 

Kierra and Terrell's team did not do that well this season. I think they won two games each out of 6 or 7.  Kevin's team did really well.  They made it to the finals but lost the game in the last 5 seconds.  He really enjoyed playing with another coach, since he has had his dad the last 3 1/2 years and with the older kids.

I did not get a picture of Terrell's team with my camera but we did order them so he does have a team picture. :-)
