Just wanted to say Happy Thanksgiving. Hope everyone has a wonderful time with their family and friends.
We are staying in town this year. My mother-in-law, Janice, and her sister Beverly is driving up from North Carolina. They should be getting in town around noon Thanksgiving Day. We are super excited. My mom, my sister, Michael, and my sister's roommate and boyfriend will be joining us too. Should be loads of fun.
I must admit I am a little nervous doing the turkey. I mean that is the main and biggest part of the meal. I'm afraid some parts might still be frozen, or it might not be seasoned well, or dry or not cooked all the way, etc.... This will be the 2nd time I've made the Thanksgiving Turkey. I'm sure it will be fine, I'm just putting a lot of pressure on myself.
Anyways....I am thankful for lots. Especially, our savior Jesus Christ, my husband, my children and niece, my family and friends, health, work, shelter, food, and lots lots more. God is soooo good to us everyday!
