7 Rules of Behavior

I found this on a website a while back. I can't remember what site. But I really liked this and printed it out for the kids to remind them of how they should behave. We keep it on the fridge and if they break one of these rules, we go over these rules again.

7 Rules of Behavior

1. No unkind words to anyone
Set a guard over my mouth, O Lord; keep watch over the door of my lips. -Psalm 141:3 (NIV)
2. No physical harm to anyone
But I tell you, Do not resist an evil person. If someone strikes you on the right cheek, turn to him the other also. -Matthew 5:39 (NIV)
3. No backtalk
My mouth is filled with Your praise, declaring Your splendor all day long. -Psalm 71:8 (NIV)
4. No tattling (unless emergency)
Do not go about spreading slander about your people. -Leviticus 19:16a (NIV)
5. No bad attitude
Whoever loves discipline loves knowledge, but he who hates correction is stupid. -Proverbs 12:1 (NIV)
6. No destruction of property
The house of the wicked will be destroyed, but the tent of the upright will flourish. -Proverbs 14:11 (NIV)
7. No grumbling or complaining
Do everything without complaining or arguing, so that you may become blameless and pure, children of God without fault in a crooked and depraved generation... -Phillippians 2:14-15For even when we were with you, we gave you this rule: "If a man will not work, he shall not eat.". -2 Thessalonians 3:10

You sent this to me years ago and I saved it all that time but could never figure out how to enforce it. Would love any suggestions you have!
